What is your standard turnaround time for photos and video?

We know that in real estate, time is of the essence. We typically deliver your professionally edited photo gallery within 24 hours of the shoot. Video content and drone shots are delivered within 24–48 hours to ensure every frame meets our high-quality storytelling standards.

What happens if my property is larger than the package limit?

Our packages are optimized for efficiency and value. For the Full Service package (under 2,000 sq. ft.) or Full Service+ (up to 4,000 sq. ft.), properties exceeding these limits may be subject to a square footage surcharge. This ensures we can dedicate the extra time needed to capture every detail of a larger home.

Do you travel outside of your immediate service area?

Absolutely! We include travel for any property within 25 miles of our home base. For listings located further out, a travel surcharge will apply based on the additional mileage. Please contact us with the property address for a quick and transparent quote.

How should I prepare the property before the photographer arrives?

To get the best results, the property should be "camera-ready" upon arrival. This includes decluttering surfaces, turning on all lights, clearing driveways of vehicles, and ensuring the home is clean. Because we schedule multiple shoots a day, we are generally unable to assist with cleaning or moving furniture during the session.

What is the difference between the two video types in the Full Service+ package?

The Full Service+ suite gives you two distinct marketing tools:

  • The Narrative: Includes professional audio (microphone) which is perfect if you want to narrate the tour or highlight specific upgrades on camera.

  • The Cinematic: A clean, music-backed visual walkthrough designed for high-engagement social media posts like Instagram Reels or TikTok.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

For exterior and drone shots, we monitor the weather closely. If there is heavy rain or high winds, we can still shoot the interior and return for exterior/drone shots at a later time, or we can reschedule the entire session to the next available clear day at no additional cost to you.
